Report a possible error
Use the site feedback form and identify the lottery, draw date, page address, and what appears incorrect. Do not include passwords, payment information, or private account data.
How we investigate
- Preserve the original evidence and reproduce the report.
- Trace the authoritative configuration, feed or result record, stored prediction, scoring process, API, and display.
- Separate a source-data issue from an import, calculation, storage, or presentation defect.
- Correct the root cause with rollback protection and verification appropriate to the risk.
How corrections are communicated
Material public-data or methodology corrections should state what changed and why. Routine formatting corrections may be made without a separate notice when they do not change the meaning or evidence.
