Past drawings can show patterns in the record, but they cannot tell us which numbers will win next.

How many numbers came from recent drawings?

Each row checks the current winning line against the previous one, two, or three drawings. A number is counted once even if it appeared in more than one of those earlier drawings.

What this means in everyday language

Looking back one drawing: Each winning line contained an average of 0.349 reused main numbers from the drawing immediately before it. Put simply, that is roughly three to four reused main numbers across ten winning lines.

Looking back 2 drawings: Each winning line contained an average of 0.683 reused main numbers from any of the 2 drawings immediately before it. Put simply, that is roughly seven reused main numbers across ten winning lines.

Looking back 3 drawings: Each winning line contained an average of 1.027 reused main numbers from any of the 3 drawings immediately before it. Put simply, that is roughly ten reused main numbers across ten winning lines.

Why the average grows: Looking across more earlier drawings gives each current number more chances to have appeared before. It does not make those numbers more likely to appear in the next drawing.

The simple answer

Repeats, streaks, and uneven counts are normal in lottery history. These numbers describe what happened; they do not tell us what will win next.

Read the full plain-language explanation

This report looks at how often the main numbers appeared, which number pairs appeared together, which numbers repeated, which numbers were next to each other, and how the full winning lines were shaped across 1427 checked drawings. It explains what happened during that time. It does not claim that a past pattern changes the next fair drawing.

1. How often each number and pair appeared Open details

Random drawings do not make every number appear the same number of times. A number appearing more or less often in the past does not change its chance in the next fair drawing.

Pairs drawn together most often

These pairs appeared together most often in the accepted historical drawings. That does not make them more likely to appear together in the next drawing.

2. Numbers that appeared again Open details

We count how many main numbers in each drawing also appeared across the previous one, two, or three drawings. Each current number is counted at most once and extra or bonus numbers remain separate.

Bonus or extra balls: an average of 0.114 returned from this recent-history window, with at least one in 11.45% of comparisons. Bonus results are not mixed into the main-number count.

A larger look-back window naturally gives a current number more past drawings in which it could have appeared. Compare each historical result with the fair-random average for the same lottery rules. These counts describe the record; they do not make a recent number more or less likely in the next independent drawing.

3. How long numbers went without appearing Open details

The final gap only tells us how many drawings passed after a number last appeared in this record. A fair drawing does not remember how long a number or digit has been missing.

Where low numbers end35Set before the study

We looked at odd and even numbers, low and high numbers, totals, and the distance from the smallest to the largest number. We kept every result, even when it did not look interesting. That prevents us from choosing only patterns that make a good story.

5. Could these differences happen by chance? Open details

What we can say now: This report describes the past record. It does not claim that any number is unusually lucky, unlucky, hot, cold, or due.

Why: We have not yet confirmed the exact dates when this lottery changed its rules. Until we do, we will not claim that a difference is statistically unusual.

How we avoid false alarms: We look at all numbers together before calling any one result unusual. This reduces the chance of mistaking an ordinary random difference for a real pattern.

For comparison: These computer-made drawings use the same number ranges and drawing rules as the lottery. The study details include what another researcher needs to repeat the comparison.

6. What we measured for this kind of lottery Open details

Lottery that draws a set of numbers

  • how often each main number appeared
  • extra or bonus numbers counted separately
  • numbers reused from the previous one, two, or three drawings
  • numbers next to each other, such as 14 and 15
  • odd and even number balance
  • low and high number balance
  • drawing totals and the distance from smallest to largest

The order of the main numbers does not matter in this kind of game, so we study them as one set.

7. Did the lottery’s rules change? Open details

We checked that each drawing fits the lottery’s current number ranges and number count. That does not prove the lottery used those same rules for every older drawing.

We do not mix drawings played under different rules unless the exact change date has been checked.

8. Comparisons with similar lotteries Open details

We are not showing a comparison yet. We first need to confirm that both lotteries used comparable rules during the periods being studied.

Before comparing two lotteries, we check that their number ranges, number of balls, order rules, extra balls, drawing schedules, and amount of history are truly comparable.

We count an exact copy of the same result only once. If two different results claim to be the same drawing, we leave both out until the conflict is resolved.

10. How we checked the study, its limits, and downloads Open details

How we built the report

We used the official drawing history for lottery code 101. We counted an exact copy of the same result only once. If two different results claim to be the same drawing, we stop the report until the conflict is resolved.

How we made a fair comparison

We created 20,000 sets of random drawings using the same number ranges and drawing rules as this lottery. The calculation details are included in the study download so another researcher can repeat the check.
